We are looking for a Tableau Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the business. You will build and maintain dashboards used by Commercial and Operational teams, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimise Tableau dashboards for:
- Betting turnover, revenue, margin
- Customer behaviour and segmentation
- Promotions and marketing performance
- Trading and risk metrics
Work with stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualisations.
Digital analytics – review mobile app and website performance, conversion rates/engagement metrics (Raceday Ready)
Perform deep dives into specific areas of the business.
Monitor data quality issues and help resolve them.
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential

Relevant experience in a data analyst / BI analyst role
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop
Good SQL skills (joins, aggregations)
Experience working with large datasets
Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience within and a passion for the industry.
Numeric or analytical degree.
Familiarity with betting concepts such as stakes, margin and knowledge of pool betting.
