We’re looking for a proactive and technically confident IT Support Technician (Level 1/2) to join our team. This role offers a balanced hybrid setup and exposure to a broad range of technologies in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, handling issues via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
  • Support day-to-day operations of Windows 11 PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, etc).
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking issues (DHCP, DNS, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi).
  • Monitor network infrastructure, respond to alerts, and escalate when needed.
  • Perform morning racing checks to ensure operational readiness for daily racing schedules.
  • Provision and maintain hardware – laptops, printers, peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing records and update documentation regularly.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, covering some weekends, including network monitoring and checks.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role - min. 1 year.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and general IT hardware.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently, especially during remote and on-call shifts.
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are welcome but not required.
