Welcome to Britbet! A Customer Service Assistant with Britbet is a customer facing role, which involves the use of a touchscreen tablet to place bets on behalf of racecourse guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a retail position within the public areas of the racecourse or with a handheld tablet in a hospitality lounge/box area. Role duties;<ul><li>To use the betting terminals to take bets from customers (training provided)</li><li>Pay out guests who supply winning tickets</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to racegoers</li><li>Handle cash and cash up at the end of each race day</li><li>Explain different bet types to customers when needed (training provided)</li></ul> Skills / Attributes;<ul><li>Good mental arithmetic</li><li>No prior knowledge of racing or betting needed</li><li>Ability to deal with cash efficiently</li><li>Confident relaying information to guests around bets and races after training</li><li>Enthusiastic!</li></ul> We hope to hear from you soon!
